Abstract:

Thecomparisonofsn-2palmitatecontentinhumanmilk and animal milk in China， Europe and the United States， aswellastheresearchreports onthe physiological functionofinfants and young children were reviewed.The application andpotential prospect of sn-2 palmitate in infant food were also pros-pected.
