    Abstract:

    In order to understand the subspecies systematically, the naming process, biological characteristics, mechanism of food poisoning, disinfection and detoxification of Pseudomonas cocovenenans subsp. farinofermentans were reviewed, providing support for food safety supervision and emergency handling of food poisoning incidents. The research direction in the future is propected.
