    Abstract:

    The research progress of quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance in phospholipids, phosphates, organophosphorus pesticides, purity identification were reviewed, which could provide reference for the further development of new applications of quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance in food analysis and detection.
