    Abstract:

Simulation analysis of the oilcake pressing process was carried out to explore the effect of oilcake thickness and the speed of the press screw on the oil yielding rate, and ANOVA was performed on the test results. The results showed that both oilcake thickness and the speed of the press screw had a significant effect on the oil yield, and that the effect of oilcake thickness was more significant. There was a significant linear relationship between the oil yield and the thickness of the oilcake, with the oil yielding rate decreasing with the thickness of the oilcake; the oil yielding rate was negatively correlated with the speed of the press screw, and there was a maximum the oil yielding rate speed (30 r/min) at the press screw speed. The highest oil yield of 51% was achieved with a cake thickness of 21 mm and a screwdriving speed of 30 r/min.
