    Abstract:

    Using the integrated design concept and a combination of theoretical analysis and simulation, a high-efficiency and flexible pipe chain conveyor with cleaning devices is designed. SolidWorks 3D modeling software is used to model each part of the equipment in blocks, and virtual assembly is carried out to ensure that the design structure is designed reasonably, and that the pipe chain conveyor equipment can complete the functions of conveying materials and cleaning up residue. The simulation results show that the designed pipe chain conveying equipment completes the conveying of materials while the real simulation software simulates and analyzes the key components of the conveying equipment, which verifies the rationality of the design.
