    Abstract:

    Based on the fuzzy PID control algorithm, combined with the advantages of RBF neural network algorithm, a fuzzy RBFNN-PID control algorithm with logic judgment and self optimization is designed to realize the online optimal tuning of PID parameters. Taking CPU1214C and KP1500 touch screen as the core, the beer fermentation automatic control system and man-machine interface are designed. Matlab simulation and experimental results show that the control algorithm can improve the stability, model mismatch robustness and anti-interference ability of the temperature control system.
