Criminal behaviors that endanger food safety have seriously damaged the lives and health of the people. Law enforcement agencies have encountered many problems in the enforcement of crimes against food safety crimes. The emergence of these problems has seriously affected the linkage mechanism between administrative law enforcement and criminal justice.
