This paper discussed the regulation mechanism of plantpolyphenols on intestinal microecology, summarized and analyzed the effects of different kinds of polyphenols and mixed polyphenols extracts on the change of intestinal flora community structure, and prospected the research direction of plant polyphenols and the development of related products in the future.
