Aimed at problem that low efficiency, labor-intensive and harsh environments, and there is secondary pollution in tableware cleaning sterilization packaging, according to the characteristics of tableware, a automatic feeder was design by TRIZ to solve these problem. This automatic feeder included conveyor systems and sorting systems,while, the sorting system including holder, sub-feeding device, and the adjusting device, which can adjust the finishing device by adjusting the height limit component and the width limit of the dispensing device. The components could be used for tableware of different heights and calibers, and the transportation system could realize the conveying of tableware. Finally, the tableware was achieved automatic sorting in front of the packaging.
