    Abstract:

    The content of vanillin in tobacco was determined by liquid solvent extraction direct injection -gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (LSE-GC-MS/MS). By calculating the uncertainty component and synthetic uncertainty of vanillin, the influence error on the detection results of vanillin content was achieved. The uncertainty of the measurement result of the substance was 1.37 μg/g.
