Abstract:

Hemp seed oil has a good application prospects in function of hypolipidemic, anti-oxidation and anti-aging which can meet the needs of people's diet health. This review summarized different extraction methods and chemical components of Hemp oil, and the research on biological activity, looking forward to the development prospects of Hemp oil and providing the basis for its development and utilization.
