    Abstract:

    On the basis of the necessity and importance of educational internationalization in the discipline of food science, the paper probes into approaches to the internationalization for food science education in terms of construction of teaching staff, cultivationof talent, improvement of curriculum system, development of education resource, reform on teaching method, and construction of administration staff after analyzing the current situation of educational internationalization in the discipline of food science at home and abroad.
