    Abstract:

    The basic principle and structure of the electronic nose was introduced in this paper. Moreover, the application of electronic nose in the quality evaluation of tea, the classification of varieties, the detection of components etc were also reviewed. Finally, it was summarized that the problems existed in the application of electronic nose in tea, and then the future development direction was prospected for its in-depth study.
