As the indispensable supplies in food microbiology laboratory test, reagent supplies' quality directly affects the accuracy of the test results. To provide guidance for reagent supplies quality control, this article comprehensively analyzes the quality control of food microbiology laboratory from the respect of procurement, quality inspection & acceptance of appearance and immanency, storage, use, etc, and especially focus on internal quality acceptance of commercial medium and reagent.
