    Abstract:

    Camellia oil is one of the four major woody vegetable oils in the world, which play important roles in prevent cardiovascular disease, anti-tumor, antibiosis, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotection, antioxidant and immunomodulatory. With the rapid development of Camellia oleifera Abel plantation, an efficient camellia oil processing technology must be further improving. The latest research and application of extraction technology of camellia oil by press, solvent extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, aqueous extraction, aqueous enzymatic extraction, and their advantage and disadvantage was introduced in this article, which provided a reference for research a promising extraction technology of camellia oil due to nutrition, safety and economy.
