    摘要:

    目的:评估复合营养粉对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠(STZ大鼠)的辅助降血糖功能。方法:对SD大鼠静脉注射STZ以构建胰岛损伤2型糖尿病模型,按1.68,3.35,6.70 g/kg剂量连续30 d经口灌胃给予复合营养粉,测定空腹血糖及糖耐量指标,考察复合营养素对STZ大鼠的影响。结果:复合营养粉对STZ大鼠的空腹血糖指标、糖耐量指标均为阳性;对STZ大鼠体重无明显影响。结论:复合营养粉对STZ大鼠具有辅助降血糖功能。

    Abstract:

    Objective:This study focuses on evaluating the auxiliary blood glucose-lowering function of self-made compound nutritional powder in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:SD rats were intravenously injected with STZ to construct a pancreatic islet injury type 2 diabetes model. The compound nutritional powder was given by oral gavage at doses of 1.68, 3.35 and 6.70 g/kg for 30 days. Fasting blood glucose and blood glucose were measured after 30 days. Glucose tolerance index to investigate the effect of compound nutrients on STZ rats.Results:The compound nutritional powder was positive for the fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance indexes of STZ rats; it had no significant effect on the body weight of STZ rats.Conclusion:The compound nutritional powder has an auxiliary function of lowering blood sugar in STZ rats.
