    摘要:

    目的:探究紫苏叶提取物对1型糖尿病小鼠降血糖的作用。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导建立1型糖尿病(T1DM)小鼠模型,设置正常组、模型组、紫苏叶提取物高剂量组(400 mg/kg)、紫苏叶提取物低剂量组(200 mg/kg)、阳性组(150 mg/kg),试验期间记录小鼠摄食量和饮水量,每周测定T1DM小鼠空腹血糖值(FBG),灌胃第28天时测定糖耐量水平(OGTT),随后进行眼球取血,解剖后取心、肝、脾、肺、肾测定脏器系数,测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(GHb)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)相关指标。结果:与模型组相比,经紫苏叶提取物治疗后的T1DM小鼠的摄食量和饮水量有所下降,食物效价显著提高(P<0.05),FBG显著降低(P<0.05),TC、TG、GHb、MDA水平也显著降低(P<0.05),SOD、CAT显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:紫苏叶提取物能够对1型糖尿病小鼠起到降血糖作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective: This study focuses on exploring the effect of perilla leaf extract on hypoglycemic in type 1 diabetic mice. Methods: Streptozotocin (STZ) was used to induce the establishment of type 1 diabetes (T1DM) mouse model, and then the normal group, model group, perilla leaf extract high-dose group (400 mg/kg), perilla leaf extract low-dose group (200 mg/kg), positive group (150 mg/kg) were investigated. During the test, the food intake and water consumption of the mice were recorded, and the fasting blood glucose (FBG) of T1DM mice was measured every week, and the glucose tolerance level (OGTT) was measured on the 28th day of gavage. Blood is taken from the eyeball later, the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney are taken after dissection to determine the organ coefficient. Determination of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), glycosylated hemoglobin (GHb), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), malondialdehyde (MDA) related indicators. Results: The results showed that compared with the model group, the food intake and water intake of T1DM mice treated with perilla leaf extract decreased, food titers increased significantly (P<0.05), and the FBG of T1DM mice treated with perilla leaf extract decreased significantly (P<0.05), the levels of TC, TG, and MDA were also significantly reduced (P<0.05), SOD, CAT significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The perilla leaf extract can hypoglycemic in type 1 diabetic mice.
