    为评估含钙运动饮料对牙釉质的腐蚀能力,进行了一个单中心—单盲—随机交叉设计,平衡处理18组受试结果的残余效应。采用的饮料为:含钙和麦芽糊精配方的饮料(测试组),两种含糖的运动饮料产品(含钙和阳性对照)和水(阴性对照)。在15 d的研究期内,受试者佩戴可移动式人类牙釉质模拟样本,每天饮用250 mL的饮料各4次。使用接触轮廓仪在第5,10,15天测量牙釉质的损失。从第15天开始,测试组和阴性对照之间产生差异;随着时间的推移,阳性对照逐渐腐蚀,牙釉质腐蚀程度均大于测试组及阴性对照。试验结果表明,可以将钙和pH调节剂添加到软饮料、碳酸饮料以及运动饮料中,以降低长期饮用饮料对牙齿的腐蚀作用。

    Abstract:

    The ability of sports drinks for enamel corrosion was measured and evaluated in this study. A single-center-single-blind-random crossover design was performed to balance the residual effects of the 18 test results. The beverages used included beverages containing calcium and maltodextrin (test group), two kinds of sugar-containing sports drink products (containing calcium and positive control) and water (negative control). During the 15-day study period, subjects wore removable human enamel simulation samples and drank 250 mL of beverages 4 times a day. The loss of tooth enamel was measured using contact profilometers on days 5, 10 and 15. On the 15th day, a difference was found between the test groups and the negative control. The positive control gradually eroded, and the degree of enamel corrosion was greater than that of the test group and the negative control, as the treatment lasted longer. The results showed that calcium and pH adjusters might be added to soft drinks, carbonated drinks, and sports drinks, to reduce the long-term corrosion of teeth by drinking drinks.
