    选择SD大鼠100只,雌雄各半,随机分为未处理对照组(C1组)、处理对照组(C2组)、低剂量组(Ⅰ组)、中剂量组(Ⅱ组)、高剂量组(Ⅲ组)5组进行试验,连续喂养13周,观察大鼠的体重、摄食量、血常规指标、血生化指标、尿常规指标、主要脏器重量及脏器病理组织学检查等。结果表明:各项观察指标组间比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),主要脏器病理组织学检查均未见与关山樱有关的病理改变。给予SD大鼠人体推荐剂量160倍的关山樱,连续13周喂养,未观察到有害作用,安全性良好。

    Abstract:

    A total of 100 SD rats, half male and half female, were randomly divided into untreated control group (C1 group), treated control group (C2 group), low dose group (Ⅰgroup), middle dose group (Ⅱ group), and high dose group (Ⅲ group). The rats were fed continuously for 13 weeks, and the body weight, food intake, blood routine indexes, blood biochemical indexes, urine routine indexes, main organ weights and pathological histological examination of the organs were observed. Results: There was no significant difference between the observation groups (P>0.05). The pathological changes related to Cerasus lannesiana Albo-rosea were not found in the pathological examination of the main organs. No harmful effects were observed and it was found safe when SD rats were fed with Cerasus lannes-iana Albo-rosea of human recommended doses for 160 times.
