    为获得真空冷冻干燥过程的含水率与温度实时数据,监控干燥过程,提出了一种新型真空冷冻干燥在线测试系统并开展了试验测试。该系统由单片机、应变式压力传感器、热电阻、模数转换模块、OLED屏等部件组成,采用无线数据传输,设计中进行了温度修正与减振设计。试验测试表明,该系统可用于真空冷冻干燥过程中质量、含水率、温度的实时测量,且质量在5~50 g范围内,测量值与实际值的相对偏差为 1.6%~2.7%,在 40~40 ℃范围内温度测量偏差在±3%以内,具有较好的精度。

    Abstract:

    To obtain real-time water contents and temperatures of vacuum freezing drying process, and to facilitate monitoring of drying process, a novel online measuring system (OMS) for vacuum freezing dryer was proposed and experimental tests were carried out. The system was composed of a microcontroller, a strain pressure sensor, a thermal resistance, modulus conversion modules, an OLED screen and other components. Wireless data transmission was used, and temperature correction and vibration reduction were carried out in the design. Experimental tests showed that the system could be used to measure the weight, moisture content and temperature in real time during the vacuum freezing drying process, and the relative deviation between the weight measurement value and the actual value was 1.6%~2.7% in the range of 5~50 g. For the temperature, the deviation was within ±3% in the range of 40~40 ℃, indicating a good accuracy.
