柠檬汁粉抗血栓作用及其机制研究

    摘要:

    采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素同时冰水浴制作急性血瘀模型,测定全血黏度、红细胞沉降率、凝血四项、6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-keto prostaglandin F1α,6-keto-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)和内皮素1(endothelin-1,ET-1)含量。结果表明:模型组大鼠全血黏度和红细胞沉降率增强,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶时间均显著缩短,纤维蛋白原含量显著增加,6-酮-PGF1α和eNOS表达量降低,TXB2和ET-1含量升高;柠檬汁粉能显著降低全血黏度和红细胞沉降率,延长PT,增加6-酮-PGF1α活性,降低TXB2水平,增加eNOS表达和活性,降低ET-1的含量。柠檬汁粉具有抗血栓形成的作用。

    Abstract:

    The acute blood stasis rat model was made by injecting norepinephrine, then rats stayed in ice water bath for 4 mins. Whole blood viscosity (WBV), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), coagulation parameters, 6-keto prostaglandin F1α (6-KETO-PGF1α), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were measured. Results: Model group significantly up WBV and ESR level, APTT, PT, TT were decreased whereas FIB content was increased very significantly in rats of the model group, meanwhile the 6-keto-PGF1α and eNOS level were lower and TXB2 and ET-1 level were higher. Lemon juice powder groups might down WBV and ESR level, extend PT, increase 6-keto-PGF1α level and decrease TXB2 level, maintain the balance between 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2, whereas the eNOS level was higher and ET-1 level was lower than model group. Lemon juice powder has antithrombotic effect.
