玉米须多酚预热结合超声辅助提取工艺及抗氧化性研究

Study on preheating and ultrasound-assisted extraction of polyphenols from corn silk and their antioxidant activities

    摘要:

    采用先加热浸提后超声波辅助乙醇提取玉米须多酚,在单因素试验基础上,对超声波辅助提取玉米须多酚进行了响应面优化试验,并对玉米须多酚抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明:最佳提取条件为料液比122 (g/mL),乙醇体积分数60%,超声时间32 min,超声温度60 ℃,该条件下玉米须多酚提取率为(6.49±0.23)%。玉米须多酚对DPPH自由基、羟自由基和ABTS自由基清除率相当于还原型谷胱甘肽的量分别为0.917,0.809,0.881 mg/mg。

    Abstract:

    Ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction after heating was used to extract polyphenols from corn silk. On the basis of single factor test, the response surface optimization test was carried out on polyphenols by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extractions, and the antioxidant activity of the extracted polyphenols was studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid 122 (g/mL), the volume fraction of ethanol 60%, the ultrasonic time 32 min, and the ultrasonic temperature 60 ℃,the extraction rate of the polyphenol from corn silk was (6.49 ± 0.23)%. The scavenging rates of DPPH,hydroxyl and ABTS free radicals by corn silk polyphenols were equivalent to the reduced glutathione, which were detected to be 0.917, 0.809, 0.881 mg /mg, respectively.
