    摘要:

    进行火麻仁油的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚慢性毒性试验。结果表明:火麻仁油不具有急性毒性,对雌、雄小鼠经口MTD最大耐受量均大于40 mL/kg·体重,属无毒级。Ames试验显示火麻仁油不具有致突变性,且不影响小鼠红细胞的分化和成熟;对于小鼠精原细胞的分裂分化、精子生成和细胞学形态无明显影响,表明火麻仁油没有遗传毒性和致畸性。90 d喂养试验中期和末期血液学检查、末期血液生化检验、脏器检查及组织病理切片观察,在各剂量组与对照组间无明显剂量—反应关系,表明火麻仁油不具有亚慢性毒性。

    Abstract:

    The acute toxicity test, genotoxicity and subchronic oral toxicity of hemp seed oil were investigated. Results indicated that LD50 from the acute toxicity test of mouse was higher than 40 mL/kg. The negative results were showed in Ames test, micronucleus test of bone marrow and sperm abnormality test. No significant differences were found in body weight, food efficiency and blood endpoint values between testing groups and control group. Furthermore, the values of serum biochemical endpoints separately fell into the ranges of their normal specific concentrations. An absence of histological changes in rat organs was observed. It is concluded that no toxic effects of hemp seed oil were observed in this study.
